CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference registration includes all educational sessions and off-sites, as well as the following meals: Thursday lunch, Thursday dinner (First Night Celebration), Friday lunch, Saturday breakfast, and Saturday lunch. Registration options include:
- Early-Bird Conference Registration ($425): Available from Thursday, May 21, at 9:00 a.m. until Monday, July 6, at 5:00 p.m.
- Standard Conference Registration ($500): Available from Monday, July 6, at 5:00 p.m. until Tuesday, August 11, at 5:00 p.m. After that time, only on-site registration will be available.
- On-Site Conference Registration ($575): Only available at conference check-in each day.
- Single-Day Conference Registration ($275): Grants access to all available sessions, activities and meals as noted above for only the selected day. This registration option is available Thursday, May 21, at 9:00 a.m. until Tuesday, August 11, at 5:00 p.m.
- Business Session Registration Only (Free): Those who plan to only attend Business Session do not need to pay for a Saturday Single-Day Conference Registration.

PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required at the time of registration. If an alternate payment method is needed, please email [email protected].
Please note, there will be a $40 administrative fee for any cancellations. Any cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026, will not be refunded.
All attendees and participants in NCACC meetings and events are required to abide by NCACC’s Event Code of Conduct and acknowledge that NCACC may take photos/audio/video during the event which may be used in NCACC news and promotional materials, in print, electronic, and other media.
