Retreat Facilitation and Board Leadership Development
- Conduct expanded instructional programs regarding roles, responsibilities, and relationships between boards of commissioners and other county officials
- Partner with counties to plan and facilitate retreats
Resource/Consultation Teams
- Convene and facilitate knowledgeable, respected peer review groups to assess and analyze county departments in order to provide recommendations on how to improve operations
Enhanced Field Liaison Services
- Organize and conduct structured regional managers’ meetings
- Attend Board of Commissioners meetings and share NCACC news and developments
- Represent NCACC member interests through participation in affiliate group meetings and conferences
- Provide professional consultation services to county managers, as requested
Recruitment Assistance for Vacant Positions
- Collaborate with counties to undertake search for key county employees including county managers, finance officers, tax assessors and administrators
- Identify potential interim placements
