Research

The NCACC produces a number of unique research products including the County Map Book, Budget and Tax Survey, and a yearly analysis of the state budget. NCACC staff are available to provide insight into the information that is provided to keep county officials informed about data that affects each county.

The NCACC is the principal repository and source of data analysis for North Carolina county-based information. The NCACC collects and publishes primary survey data from North Carolina county governments and compiles county data information from secondary data sources. Below are some of the products produced by the NCACC.

Publications

The association provides both internal communications to its members through mailings, emails, educational workshops and the ncacc.org home page, and external communication to the print and broadcast media. Association staff is also available to provide consultation on media relations, news releases, public participation in county government and related communication questions.
