 when you are ready to register and join us for a three-day annual event to
  remember!\nCONFERENCE REGISTRATION\nConference registration includes all 
 educational sessions and off-sites\, as well as the following meals: Thurs
 day lunch\, Thursday dinner (First Night Celebration)\, Friday lunch\, Sat
 urday breakfast\, and Saturday lunch. Registration options include:\n\n 	E
 arly-Bird Conference Registration ($425): Available from Thursday\, May 21
 \, at 9:00 a.m. until Monday\, July 6\, at 5:00 p.m.\n 	Standard Conferenc
 e Registration ($500): Available from Monday\, July 6\, at 5:00 p.m. until
  Tuesday\, August 11\, at 5:00 p.m. After that time\, only on-site registr
 ation will be available.\n 	On-Site Conference Registration ($575): Only a
 vailable at conference check-in each day.\n 	Single-Day Conference Registr
 ation ($275): Grants access to all available sessions\, activities and mea
 ls as noted above for only the selected day. This registration option is a
 vailable Thursday\, May 21\, at 9:00 a.m. until Tuesday\, August 11\, at 5
 :00 p.m.\n 	Business Session Registration Only (Free): Those who plan to o
 nly attend Business Session do not need to pay for a Saturday Single-Day C

 amp\; Banquet and North Carolina Association of Black County Officials (NC
 ABCO) Scholarship Banquet.\nPAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS\nPayment by credit 
 card (Visa or Mastercard) is required at the time of registration. If an a
 lternate payment method is needed\, please email events@ncacc.org.\n\nPlea
 se note\, there will be a $40 administrative fee for any cancellations. An
 y cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on August 11\, 2026\, will not be ref
 unded.\n\nAll attendees and participants in NCACC meetings and events are 
 required to abide by NCACC’s Event Code of Conduct and acknowledge that 
 NCACC may take photos/audio/video during the event which may be used in NC
 ACC news and promotional materials\, in print\, electronic\, and other med
