MEAL GUEST PASSES

Conference Meal Guest Pass ($150): For non-conference attendees to participate in all standard conference meals. This is a great option for families who are joining attendees, but do not want to attend the educational sessions.
First Night Celebration Guest Pass ($50): Grants access to Thursday night’s dinner only.

ADDITIONAL TICKETED EVENTS

North Carolina Association of Black County Officials (NCABCO) Scholarship Banquet ($35): Friday, August 21, from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. — ticket required to attend.
President’s Reception & Banquet ($80): Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. — ticket required to attend.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

Payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required at the time of registration. If an alternate payment method is needed, please email [email protected].

Please note, there will be a $40 administrative fee for any cancellations. Any cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on August 11, 2026, will not be refunded.

All attendees and participants in NCACC meetings and events are required to abide by NCACC’s Event Code of Conduct and acknowledge that NCACC may take photos/audio/video during the event which may be used in NCACC news and promotional materials, in print, electronic, and other media.
