  different add-on ticket types available.\nMEAL GUEST PASSES\n\n 	Conferen
 ce Meal Guest Pass ($150): For non-conference attendees to participate in 
 all standard conference meals. This is a great option for families who are
  joining attendees\, but do not want to attend the educational sessions.\n
  	First Night Celebration Guest Pass ($50): Grants access to Thursday nigh
 t’s dinner only.\n\nADDITIONAL TICKETED EVENTS\n\n 	North Carolina Assoc
 iation of Black County Officials (NCABCO) Scholarship Banquet ($35): Frida
 y\, August 21\, from 12:15 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. — ticket required to attend
 .\n 	President’s Reception &amp\; Banquet ($80): Saturday\, August 22\, 
 2026\, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. — ticket required to attend.\n\nPAYMENT A
 ND CANCELLATIONS\nPayment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required 
 at the time of registration. If an alternate payment method is needed\, pl
 ease email events@ncacc.org.\n\nPlease note\, there will be a $40 adminis
 trative fee for any cancellations. Any cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. 
 on August 11\, 2026\, will not be refunded.\n\nAll attendees and participa
 nts in NCACC meetings and events are required to abide by NCACC’s Event
  Code of Conduct and acknowledge that NCACC may take photos/audio/video d
 uring the event which may be used in NCACC news and promotional materials\
