Like so many other organizations at this time, Sedgwick’s Claim Call Center is dealing with the effects of COVID-19 and staffing shortages. Sedgwick is working to bolster the staffing at the call center, but for the near future response times are being impacted. We want to remind you that you can also report claims online any time without utilizing the call center. Call 1-877-NCACCRM (1-877-622-2276), and one call does it all. No more paperwork! We will complete the first report of injury or loss notices for you.
This service is available for all types of claims, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost to members. A copy of the report is faxed back to your office for your records.
