Retreat Facilitation and Board Leadership Development
Conduct expanded instructional programs regarding roles, responsibilities, and relationships between boards of commissioners and other county officials
Partner with counties to plan and facilitate retreats
Resource/Consultation Teams
Convene and facilitate knowledgeable, respected peer review groups to assess and analyze county departments in order to provide recommendations on how to improve operations
Enhanced Field Liaison Services
Organize and conduct structured regional managers’ meetings
Attend Board of Commissioners meetings and share NCACC news and developments
Represent NCACC member interests through participation in affiliate group meetings and conferences
Provide professional consultation services to county managers, as requested
Recruitment Assistance for Vacant Positions
Collaborate with counties to undertake search for key county employees including county managers, finance officers, tax assessors and administrators
