NCACC 114th Annual Conference

County leaders have been put to the test during the pandemic and events of the past year. As if carried by a river reaching flood crest, our counties and communities have been altered by forces out of our control. County leaders are navigating a current that remains challenging but is turning toward a new horizon – one that offers a fresh perspective and provides great opportunity. This August, county leaders reunite off the banks of the mighty Cape Fear River, and off the starboard quarter of the iconic Battleship North Carolina in New Hanover County. This 114^th offering of the Annual Conference presents the opportunity to reconnect, recharge, and recommission to chart our future course on a voyage that can lift all boats.
