Wake County Sheraton Raleigh Raleigh iCalWake County is hosting the 2022 NACo Healthy Counties Forum, which provides an opportunity for county leaders to network and learn about innovations and strategies to improve equitable access to systems that address the social determinants of health – economic stability, education, health and health care, neighborhood and built environment and social and community context.
The agenda will include several North Carolina-based presentations. Evening receptions on April 6 and April 7 will be hosted by Wake County and NCACC, respectively.
