NCACC Steering Committees play a critical role in shaping recommended legislative goals and related policies. The Association’s seven Steering Committees will meet virtually to discuss and vote on legislative goal proposals by counties over the last few months. This is the first step in vetting proposals that will ultimately become a part of the Association’s legislative agenda.
