NCACC hosts the Funding Strategy Summit in Guilford County on March 28 and 29. This two day event will help counties strategize on the forthcoming opportunities and demands of American Rescue Plan funds and national opioid settlement funds. As counties continue to plan and implement projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and strategize how to utilize opioid settlement funds, NCACC is dedicated to assisting counties in navigating the relevant guidelines and maximizing the impact of these resources.
