Description

 Job Functions:

  • Responsible for implementing HR policies and programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development.
  • Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, team-work and high performance.
  • Ensures job descriptions for all positions are accurate and up-to-date
  • Create organizational development and employee training programs.
  • Develop and assist in performance reviews & monitor employee productivity, attitudes and performance results.
  • Recruit and retain top quality staff for each department, conduct interviews.
  • Employee counseling services for personal issues and company complaints.
  • Create compensation plans and provide administrations for company benefits
  • Provide companywide communications
  • Ensure employee safety, wellness, welfare, health and happiness
  • Administers employment related data and benefits
  • Administers documentation for new hires and employee changes
  • Serve as EEO officer and perform duties as outlined in EEO plan
  • Serve as Title VI Coordinator

Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to include listening, coaching an training
  • Strong leadership, project management & time management skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work throughout an organization
  • Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Able to develop new HR Polices and programs based on business requirements
  • Solid business acumen, management reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Demonstrated computer skills: Word, Excel, and data base administration

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general Human Resources functions

Salary

Salary Range:  $46,500.00 - $75,000.00

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
