 ce is the Association’s premier educational event and offers county comm
 issioners and staff the opportunity to come together to learn\, network\,

 -day annual event to remember!\nRegistration \nPlease see below for the d
 ifferent ticket types available.\nCONFERENCE REGISTRATION\nConference regi
 stration includes all educational sessions and off-sites\, as well as the 
 following meals: Thursday lunch\, Thursday dinner (First Night Celebration
 )\, Friday lunch\, Saturday breakfast\, and Saturday lunch. Registration o
 ptions include:\n\n 	Early-Bird Conference Registration ($425): Available 
 from Wednesday\, May 21\, at 10 a.m. until Monday\, July 7\, at 5 p.m.\n 	
 Standard Conference Registration ($500): Available from Monday\, July 7\, 
 at 5 p.m. until Wednesday\, August 13\, at 5 p.m. After that time\, only o
 n-site registration will be available.\n 	On-Site Conference Registration 
 ($575): Only available at conference check-in each day.\n 	Single-Day Conf
 erence Registration ($275): Grants access to all available sessions\, acti
 vities and meals as noted above for only the selected day. This registrati
 on option is available Wednesday\, May 21\, at 10 a.m. until Wednesday\, A
 ugust 13\, at 5 p.m.\n\nMEAL GUEST PASSES\n\n 	Conference Meal Guest Pass 
 ($125): For non-conference attendees to participate in all meals listed ab
 ove. This is a great option for families who are joining attendees\, but d
 o not want to attend the educational sessions.\n 	First Night Celebration 
 Guest Pass ($40): Grants access to Thursday night’s dinner only.\n\nADDI
 TIONAL TICKETED EVENTS\n\n 	President’s Reception &amp\; Banquet ($75): 
 Saturday\, Aug. 23\, 2025\, from 6 to 10:30 p.m. — ticket required to at
 tend.\n 	North Carolina Association of Black County Officials (NCABCO) Sch
 olarship Banquet ($30): Friday\, Aug. 22\, from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. 
 — ticket required to attend.\n\nPayment and Cancellations\nPayment by cr
 edit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required at the time of registration. If
  an alternate payment method is needed\, please email events@ncacc.org.\n\
 nPlease note\, there will be a $40 administrative fee for any cancellation
 s. Any cancellations made after 5:00 p.m. on August 13\, 2025\, will not b
 e refunded.\n\nAll attendees and participants in NCACC meetings and events
  are required to abide by NCACC’s Event Code of Conduct and acknowledge 
 that NCACC may take photos/audio/video during the event which may be used 
 in NCACC news and promotional materials\, in print\, electronic\, and othe
