Attending NCACC Annual Conference

Health, Safety and Adherence to COVID-19 Restrictions and Protocols for NCACC Conferences

To ensure that this conference is safe for all attendees, NCACC will comply with any COVID-19 safety protocols that may be in effect in the state of North Carolina, host city/county and conference venues. Attendees will be required to abide by any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the Annual Conference. We appreciate your cooperation.

Cancelling or Transferring a Registration

Refunds of registration charges are subject to a $40 cancellation fee. The fee pays for charges that NCACC incurs from credit card issuers for the registration charge, as well as the refund. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after 5:00 on Monday, August 1. At that point, NCACC guarantees meal counts with the facilities and cannot recoup any costs from the conference venue.

A county may reassign a registration (submit a substitute registrant) at no charge, at any time prior to the event by providing notice to Kelly Brown at [email protected]

If State of North Carolina restrictions or facility protocols change before the conference, and as a result a registrant no longer feels safe attending the conference after registering, the NCACC will consider a full refund, provided the request is made before the deadline. Contact Kelly Brown to request a refund and waiver of cancellation fees. Please include a reason for your request.

In the days prior to the conference, if you test positive for COVID-19, come into contact with someone who has COVID-19, or suspect that you have COVID-19 or have come into contact with someone who may have COVID-19, please do not attend the conference. NCACC will refund your registration if you are unable to attend the conference for COVID-related reasons.
