Celebrate the NCACC's Centennial in Style!

"A Dash of History, A Pinch of Culture" is a collection of North Carolina county recipes compiled to help celebrate 100 years of county unity through the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.

The cookbook is one of a long list of commemorative products, events and activities that the Association's staff has devised in order to help celebrate our past and look forward to another century of service. The book contains some great recipes from the finest cooks in our 100 county governments. The NCACC offers its sincere thanks to those county employees who submitted recipes, as well as our county clerks for organizing recipe submissions to the NCACC.

Each county clerks will receive a complimentary copy of the book. A limited number of cookbooks are now for sale for $20 each. The price includes shipping and handling.
