Quinton Keith, a Master of Public Administration candidate at North Carolina Central University, began a two-month internship with the NCACC on July 6. He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina A&T State University. Keith is working as a special assistant to Deputy Director Patrice Roesler to research and develop benchmarks for quality of life issues for teenagers in all 100 counties. … Wellness Program Coordinator Alissa Willett coordinated a health fair for Davie County employees on June 8. … Intergovernmental Relations Director Rebecca Troutman provided a recap of the legislative short session July 14 during the North Carolina Local Government Budget Association's conference. ... Director of Government Relations Kevin Leonard and Executive General Counsel Sharon Scudder presented a review of the short session to county attorneys July 17 during the annual summer conference of the North Carolina Association of County Attorneys and the N.C. Association of Department of Social Services Attorneys.
