North Carolina is home to the third largest concentration of military personnel in the nation. Many of these service men and women will choose to call North Carolina home after they leave the military. The Task Force was formed to help county officials develop new ways to ensure veterans are connected with county services, as well as to recognize and honor the sacrifices that are being made by these heroes and their families.
