Just call 1-877-NCACCRM (1-877-622-2276) and one call does it all. NO MORE PAPERWORK! We will complete the first report of injury or loss notices for you. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at no cost to members of the Pools. A copy of the report is faxed back to your office for your records.

Online claims reporting

Claims reporting is now available online. You must be a pool member to utilize this service. Simply click below on the type of claim you wish to report, complete the form and hit the submit button. Once completed, a copy will be faxed back to your office for your records. In order to utilize ClaimCapture, you will need to have Active X controls installed. You may need to contact your IT dept administrator to have this installed on your machines.
