This interactive one day workshop provides local elected officials an opportunity to walk through a strategic cycle of planning, implementing and evaluating results. Participants will recognize how components of the planning and evaluation process link together, clarify roles and responsibilities for each step in the process, and begin outlining what they would like to accomplish in their own planning, performance measurement, budgeting and evaluation process.
Attendees will receive six credits in the Workshops/Programs category for the Local Elected Leaders Academy (LELA) Recognition Program.
